Terms & Conditions – Live and Replay Access (Virtual Event)

1. Virtual Access. This ticket grants access to attend the live, virtual event via Zoom, or to access the Recorded Replay. Access details will be delivered by email to the address provided at registration. You are responsible for locating the email with the live event access link in your email - searching spam/junk folders, if needed.

2. Replay & Bonus Content. The free Live Event ticket does not include access to event replays or bonus materials. To access replays and additional resources, participants may upgrade to the Sacred Energetic Integration Offer. If you've purchased a Replay ticket, you are granted access to the Event Replay on the App using an access code which you will receive via email (or other means) upon purchase.

3. Technology Responsibility. Registered ticketholders or participants ("Participants") are responsible for having a stable internet connection, device, and software capable of accessing Zoom. The Elemental Soul is not responsible for participant technical difficulties.

4. Recording & Media Release. This event will be recorded. By registering, you grant The Elemental Soul permission to record, capture, and use your image, likeness, voice, name, written or spoken contributions, and participation during the event. Recordings may be used internally or externally, for replay access, for promotional purposes, and across media platforms including websites, social media, marketing, and educational materials.

5. Community Guidelines. Respectful participation is required. The Elemental Soul reserves the right to remove disruptive participants.

6. Email Opt-In. Registration for this Event and this Ticket type conveys automatic inclusion in The Elemental Soul Email List for purposes of this Event and for future promotional and other communications. You may unsubscribe at your discretion, however doing so during the relevant "Event Period" may cause you not to receive important Event information.

7. Intellectual Property. The Elemental Soul owns all intellectual property (and related licensing) rights to any and all materials and content presented on the Event Live Call, on the App, and included on any and all communications with participants. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is, therefore, strictly prohibited, with all rights reserved. High level quotes or references to the participant's EXPERIENCE of the Event and/or the App and its contents is permissible, subject to the reasonable protections of The Elemental Soul's intellectual property rights, without limitation.

8. Disclaimer and Waiver of Claims. The Elemental Soul makes no claims regarding the accuracy or suitability of the Content and/or Information shared or included as part of this Offer for any purpose, and therefore disclaims all liability regarding a Participant’s use of this Content and Offer, without limitation. As an extension of the product offerings of The Elemental Soul, all of the Terms of Use (located at https://www.theelementalsoul.com/terms-of-use), inclusive of the Privacy Policy, are applicable, and Participant hereby accepts all such Terms of Use, without limitation, including with respect to waiver of any and all claims against The Elemental Soul (and all affiliates and related parties).
