Overview: Like The Elemental Soul App itself, Retreats sponsored by The Elemental Soul are divinely curated to be immersive, transformational experiences, which combine elements of instruction, illustrative exercises, and integrative and interactive practices, in the realm of energetic spirituality and expansion, all with an underlying thread and connection to something larger -- that "Guided Journey" aspect that is foundational to The Elemental Soul. Nothing is random. All is divinely guided, by design.

Diversity of Practices and Modalities: Retreat Sessions can range from hypnotherapy connection to your inner child, to guided meditations and energetic activations, to sound baths and connecting with divine guides, and more.
Energetic Vortex Power: Our Retreats also have another common energetic thread -- the sacred acknowledgement that we are each here to discover, remember, and align with our own personal Soul Journeys. And when you add in the in-person energetic vortex magic of connecting to each other, to the Earth, and to God/Creator/Source, you have activated spiritual alchemy at its most potent and meaningful. ​
In addition to our TES Sponsered Retreats, we also are involved with other Retreats, Festivals, and Events. Sometimes it's in the form of our Contributors sharing instruction and practices. Other times it's with our Vendor Booth where you can purchase specially designed Energetic Practices Products with included links to related Guided Journeys and Practices on the App. And yet other times its just with our presence and our loving energy. In whatever form, we most look forward to connecting with YOU!
Non-TES Sponsored Events
Virtual Workshops
Our Virtual Workshops are special, limited-admission, energetic containers where we explore, together, one focused topic, enhanced by individual assignments, forum questions and interactive discussions, practice tools and instruction on the App, and culminating in a live Zoom Workshop where your Workshop Leader will provide divinely guided instruction, illustration, and facilitated discussion on the topic, based on his/her expertise and area of study. Then, for a couple of weeks afterward, we'll hold the container open to see how everyone is integrated the new energy and practices.

Experiences.
The Elemental Soul Experiences provide mindfulness, meditation, divine connection, community, and activation experiences (among others), on-site, at the new Experiences and Retreat Center (located just outside Nashville, TN), which are enhanced by access to curated content on The Elemental Soul App.
These integrative experiences allow you to not only have a guided energetic experience, in person and on this sacred ground, but also to then optimize that experience through continuous learning on The Elemental Soul App and access to our greater community.
Meditation Station Experiences
The Experience and Retreat Center - Greater Nashville, Tennessee Area
We offer a selection of Meditation Station Experiences which include access to a private or semi-private tent, a sacred spot under our Sacred Magnolia Tree, or a semi-private space around the salt-water pool, complete with cushioned bedding, pillows, bolsters, fans/cooling units, and interaction with the outdoor experience -- especially trees, birds, and (at certain times of day) deer. These touchless Experiences include access to a selection of curated Meditation-based Guided Journeys available on the App (QR and access codes provided on-site). We also provide outdoor spaces for yoga, candle/cleansing mindfulness and prayers, and picnicking as you commune with nature.
